On April 11, 2025, the Sakha (Yakutsk) Interregional Territorial Administration of the Federal Air Transport Agency hosted the solemn presentation of the certificate of the Aviation Training Center to Igor Sergeevich Khoroshykh, CEO of ALROSA Air Company.
At the initial stage, the Aviation Training Center is ready to open its doors to Airline employees involved in the implementation and organization of aircraft maintenance for training in the following subjects:
• Aviation legislation related to the maintenance of aircraft and components;
• The human factor. Human capabilities in relation to aircraft maintenance;
• Flight safety management system.
In the near future, the development and implementation of initial training programs for maintenance specialists of various types of aircraft operated by the Airline.
The Aviation Training Center certificate will allow the Airline to train specialists at home, transfer the accumulated experience to the younger generation of specialists, monitor the quality of training, and promptly respond to current production training needs.
