You will need to calculate the time of arrival, taking into account all the mandatory procedures: check-in (if necessary), baggage check-in, pre-flight inspection (security control), and for international flights — border and customs formalities. Boarding of the flight ends in 25 minutes before departure.

Check-in at the airport counters starts in 2 hours and ends with 40 minutes before departure time.

• If you are flying WITH HAND LUGGAGE ONLY, we recommend that you arrive at least 1 hour before departure. There is no need to get a tag at the counter, you can immediately enter the inspection area. However, be aware of possible queues at the airport entrance and security screening.

• If you have LUGGAGE, we recommend that you arrive at least 1.5 hours before departure in order to have time to check your luggage at the check-in desk before it closes (40 minutes).

• The general rule is to always take into account the extra time required to complete all types of control.

The baggage allowance for checked baggage and hand luggage, as well as the rules for transporting lithium batteries and transport safety requirements, can be found on the airline's official website.

Online check-inOnline check-in is available for all regular flights operated directly by ALROSA Airlines JSC, departing from airports in the Russian Federation.

Check-in on the website opens 24 hours in advance and ends 3 hours before flight departure.

• Important: On some flights, if technically possible, check-in may be opened earlier (but not earlier than 36 hours before departure).

• For transfer passengers: Check-in for each section opens 24 hours in advance and ends 1 hour before departure in this direction. You can check in for all flights on the route at the same time if the check-in period is the same for all segments.

Online check-in is not available for the following categories of passengers:

• Passengers of codeshare flights where the flight is operated by a partner airline (ALROSA is not the actual carrier).

• Unaccompanied children.

• Passengers with disabilities.

• Passengers carrying animals or birds in the cabin.

• Stretcher patients and their accompanying persons.

• Passengers who purchased a ticket at a subsidized rate on the website.

• In the form on the website, specify the passenger's last name (as in the ticket) and the ticket number. The number consists of 13 digits and starts with 67A (the letter "A" is Latin).

• Click the «Search» button.

• If several people are flying, add fellow travelers with the «Add passenger» button.

• After filling in the details, click «Go to online registration».

• At the registration stage, you can choose a seat in the salon.
     •    Attention: After clicking the "Register" button, you can change the selected location only at the airport check-in desk.
     •    Important: When choosing a seat on board an aircraft during check-in, please note that due to design features and limitations, the width of the seats in the following seats is 4 cm less than the standard width: it is 16 inches (40 cm) instead of 17.3 inches (44 cm)
  For Boeing 737-800: seats in rows 2, 13 and 14;
  For the Boeing 737-700: seats in row 1 (D, E, F), row 3 (A, B, C), row 12 (A, B, C, D, E), row 13 (D, E, F).

Perhaps your plan does not provide for a free seat selection during online registration, or all available seats are already occupied. You will be able to choose a place at the departure airport at the check-in desk.

We recommend printing your boarding pass. This can be done on plain A4 paper (you don't need to cut it out with scissors).

• How to get it if it wasn't printed out: Contact the check-in desk at the airport or an airline representative no later than 40 minutes before departure.

• Electronic boarding: At some airports (for example, Pulkovo, Irkutsk), the "Mobile Boarding" service operates for flights across the Russian Federation. You can present the ticket on your smartphone screen. This service is NOT available to passengers with luggage.

• QR code printing: At Vnukovo, Sochi, Anapa, Krasnodar, Novosibirsk, Simferopol airports, you can print the ticket yourself through the terminal.

Yes, if the tickets are booked in one booking. The child will automatically be assigned an adult passenger seat.

Don't worry, the data in the airline's system is saved. You can:

• Call the Call Center at 8-800-500-50-95 and ask them to check whether you entered your email address correctly or to resend your boarding pass.

• Contact the check-in desk at the airport.

If you need to hand over or exchange your ticket after online registration, you can cancel your registration on the website yourself (log in via the online registration section). This must be done no later than 40 minutes before departure.

Yes, for flight safety reasons, the airline reserves the right to change your seat at the direction of the aircraft commander.
