Important updates

On December 1, 2025, at 10:00 Moscow time, ALROSA Airlines launches a new version of the digital platform for searching, booking and processing flights, as well as for managing personal orders through a personal account.

The transition to the updated platform will begin with the flight search widget placed on the main page of the airline's official website (the widget is marked in the image). In the first phase, 10% of user requests will be automatically redirected to the new system, and this percentage will gradually increase.

What has changed:

• Modern interface
• The purchase process has become even more stable
• Improved personal account with orders, status in the DIAMOND MILE program and accumulated miles
• The ability to switch from a new personal account to an old version to access archived data
