ALROSA Air Company has opened the sale of air tickets at subsidized fares for residents of the Far Eastern Federal District and privileged categories of citizens for flights from 01.01.2026.
You can purchase tickets at any ticket office, as well as on the Airline's website. The number of seats is limited.
The Far East program for residents of the Far Eastern Federal District
There are restrictions on the number of tickets issued in one year. The condition for obtaining subsidized air tickets under the Far East program — is the permanent registration of a citizen of the Russian Federation at his place of residence in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation, which is part of the Far Eastern Federal District.

A program for privileged categories of citizens
There are restrictions on the number of tickets issued in one year. A citizen of the Russian Federation can use the right to purchase a ticket at a special rate:
• under the age of 23
• cadets of military educational institutions of higher education of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation over the age of 23, upon presentation of a document confirming their age (passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation) and a standard-issue vacation ticket (registration is made only at the ticket offices of the airline)
• women over the age of 55
• men over the age of 60
• Group I disabled people of any age and their accompanying persons (one accompanying person)
• accompanying persons of a disabled child (one accompanying person)
• people with disabilities from childhood of group II or III
• having a certificate of a large family or other documents confirming the status of a large family in accordance with the procedure established by regulatory legal acts of the subjects of the Russian Federation (registration is made only at the ticket offices of the airline)
