Refund/exchange rules

ALROSA Air Company recalls the rules for exchanging or refunding air tickets in case of flight cancellation or delay due to restrictions on the use of airspace.

If time restrictions are imposed on the arrival and departure of aircraft, as well as on the use of the airspace of the Moscow air hub, passengers of cancelled flights may be forced to reissue their tickets without charge for subsequent flights of ALROSA Air Company or be forced to cancel further flights. All passengers detained or redirected to alternate airfields of flights are serviced in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations of the Russian Federation.

For a involuntary refund or exchange of the ticket, the passenger must contact the place of purchase of the ticket.
