1. General Provisions
1.1 The “Trust at Heights” photography contest (hereinafter referred to as the Photography Contest) is held among employees of all ALROSA Group enterprises, including subsidiaries and affiliates, with the aim of strengthening and developing corporate culture, generating interest in the ALROSA Airlines product and promoting the brand , as well as popularization and enhancement of the prestige of professions related to civil aviation.
1.2 Objectives of the Competition:
• creation of conditions for self-realization of ALROSA Group employees through artistic photography;
• development of creative abilities and formation of aesthetic taste among photography enthusiasts among participants and spectators of the Competition;
• improving the ability to creatively express an idea through art;
• identifying and supporting the most talented creators;
• attracting public attention and informational promotion of the ALROSA Airlines brand in light of the 100th anniversary of domestic civil aviation ;
• fostering respect and pride for corporate traditions;
• strengthening and development of corporate culture.
1.3 The organizer of the Photography Contest "Trust at Height" is JSC "ALROSA Airlines", with the support of AK ALROSA (PJSC) and information support of the TV channel "Almazny Krai".
2. Participation in the Competition
2.1 Competition participant – an individual over 18 years of age, permanently residing in the territory of the Russian Federation, who is an employee of any enterprise of the ALROSA Group, including subsidiaries and dependent companies, and in order to attract attention which this Competition is held.
2.2 Participation in the Competition is not associated with the payment of a fee by the participant, the prize fund is formed at the expense of the Organizer.
2.3 Participation in the Competition requires mandatory familiarization and full agreement of its participants with these Regulations.
3. Conditions of the Competition
3.1 The photography competition shall include works completed on the theme of the Competition: “Trust at Heights”, provided that the subject of the shooting is one or more of the objects listed below:
• Aircraft of ALROSA Airlines;
• Interior of an aircraft of ALROSA Airlines;
• Member(s) ) flight crew of ALROSA Airlines;
• Airport of arrival/departure of ALROSA Airlines flights: Mirny, Polyarny, Tolmachevo (Novosibirsk), Vnukovo (Moscow), Irkutsk, Yakutsk, Lensk;
• Objects of filming from the airplane window.
3.2 The Competition accepts original color and black-and-white photographs and photo collages that correspond to the theme of the Competition and contain the objects of photography specified in paragraph 3.1 of these Regulations, taken with professional, amateur cameras and mobile phone cameras.
3.3 From one The participant is allowed to submit no more than 1 (one) photo work.
3.4 The following is permitted: cropping, changing exposure, sharpness, brightness, contrast, saturation, white balance, converting to black and white and sepia, simple retouching (correcting flaws), resizing.
3.5 Photos submitted to the competition must meet the following parameters:
• File size: no less than 100 Kb and no more than 5 Mb;
• File type: jpg, jpeg, tiff, png, heic.
3.6 Images re-photographed from printed or copied from electronic sources (including those borrowed from the Internet or other sources), obvious photo defects that have no artistic value are not accepted for the Competition.
3.7 It is not allowed to use images of third parties as the main subject of the photo shoot. , who are not members of the flight crew of ALROSA Airlines, without their consent, in accordance with Art. 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
3.8 A photograph is not allowed to participate in the Competition if the photograph itself, its title and (or) the commentary to it contain:
• information constituting a state or other secret specially protected by law, including information about the private life of third parties;
• in any form, swear words, obscene and offensive comparisons and expressions, including in relation to gender, race, nationality, profession, social category, age, language, person and citizen, incitement to illegal actions, as well as in other ways violating moral and ethical standards;
• calls for terrorist or other illegal activities, or publicly justifying terrorism and/or other illegal activities, other extremist materials;
• elements of pornography, erotica or cruelty;
• insult the religious feelings of believers, and also violate other rights and interests of citizens and legal entities, requirements legislation of the Russian Federation or public morality and ethics;
• a description of JSC ALROSA Airlines that does not correspond to reality;
• otherwise violating the legislation of the Russian Federation;
3.9 By sending a photograph to participate in the Competition, the participant confirms that all copyrights to the photograph belong exclusively to him/her, guarantees that the use of photographs in the Competition does not violate the property and/or non-property rights, as well as the freedoms of third parties. The Participant is responsible for the violation of such rights and freedoms, including the illegal use of images of people captured as the main subject of photography in the photograph submitted by the Participant in the Competition.
3.10 Any visitor to the Organizer's website who discovers that a photograph submitted to the Competition violates the rights and freedoms of third parties or is borrowed from printed or electronic sources, has the right to inform the Organizer about this. If this fact is confirmed, such a photograph will be removed from the Competition. The Organizer of the Competition is not responsible for the photographs posted.
3.11 The Organizer has the right to use the submitted photograph for advertising and any other purposes without paying remuneration to the participant. The Participant of the Competition grants the Organizer, free of charge and indefinitely, under the terms of a simple (non-exclusive) license, the right to use photographs by any means for any purpose for an unlimited period.
3.12 Works for participation in the Competition must be provided together with the following information:
• Last name and first name of the author (mandatory information).
• Contact information: work (corporate) email address (mandatory information).
• Place of work: full name of the ALROSA Group company, position, city of location (mandatory information).
• Title of the photo work (optional).
• Brief author's description of the photograph (optional).
3.13 If the participant does not provide the mandatory information specified in paragraph 3.12 of these Regulations along with the competition work, his work will not be accepted by the Organizer for participation in the Competition. The Organizer is not obliged to request additional information from the author or otherwise independently search for it.
3.14 When sending a photo work for participation in the Competition, the Competition participant allows the publication (posting) of the competition photo on the Competition website, as well as in the social networks (in the official groups) of the Organizer, distributing such a photo by other means of digital communication or mass media (in newspapers, postcards, catalogs, posters, exhibitions) or using it by the Organizer for any other purposes that do not contradict the current legislation. Such permission is granted by the participant to the Organizer without any compensation.
3.15 By providing information about themselves to the Competition, the Participant of the Competition gives consent to the processing of personal data and agrees with the policy of JSC ALROSA Airlines regarding the processing of personal data, published on the official website of the Airline at: https://aero.alrosa.ru/security/privacy-policy/.
3.16 The Participant sends the Competition work to the Organizer, as well as all necessary additional accompanying information, in digital form: through the Application form for participation in the Competition, located at: https://aero.alrosa.ru/employees/competitions/
3.17 Works for the Competition are accepted from December 25, 2022 to January 20, 2023 inclusive. The date of submission of the work by the participant is determined by the date and time of submission of the application with the competition work through the Application form for participation in the Competition. Works sent to the Organizer after 23:59 on January 20, 2023, will not be accepted for participation in the Competition.
4. Summing up the Competition results
4.1 Until February 3, 2023, the members of the Expert Jury of the Competition from among the Airline's managers determine the nominations of the Competition and select the winners and prize-winners in each nomination.
4.2 The Expert Jury of the Competition has the right to independently and at its own discretion, without prior notice to the Competition participants, determine the main nominations of the Competition, as well as the number of winners and prize-winners of the Competition in each nomination.
4.3 The best (TOP-20) of the works accepted for the Competition in each nomination are posted no later than February 6, 2023 on the Competition page on the official website of ALROSA Airlines at the address: https://aero.alrosa.ru/employees/competitions/ .
4.4 The final results of the Competition will be announced no later than February 9, 2023.
4.5 The presentation of prizes in the nominations determined by the Competition Jury will take place during the festive events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of domestic civil aviation and the Day of the Civil Aviation Worker of Russia (February 9, 2023).
4.6 The winners and runners-up of the Competition who, for any reason, did not receive their prizes during the festive events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of domestic civil aviation and the Day of the Civil Aviation Worker of Russia (February 9, 2023), will have their prizes sent by mail to the receipt address sent by the participant to the Organizer.
5. Final Provisions
5.1 By submitting work to the Competition, the participant confirms that he/she has read and fully agrees with the conditions set out in the Competition Regulations.
5.2 Works sent to the Competition will not be returned or reviewed.
