When submitting a request for additional baggage for Gold and Diamond status holders, please contact us in advance. The loyalty program support service center "Diamond Mile" processes applications according to the following schedule:

TUESDAY 08:00 — 17:00 Moscow time
WEDNESDAY 08:00 — 17:00 Moscow time
THURSDAY 08:00 — 17:00 Moscow time
FRIDAY 08:00 — 15:00 Moscow time
