Please send applications for the "Increased Baggage Allowance" privilege for Gold and Diamond members in advance. We process such requests on weekdays. The request must be sent no later than 2 business days before the flight departure. If the flight is operated on a day off or the day following the day off, the application deadline is at least 3 business days before the flight departs.
